About Us

Built by Lefty Cole and family members, the cabin was completed in November 2010 with knowledge and guidance from Kelly Cole of Deerwood Log Homes. Deerwood Station has been a creative outlet allowing Rich & Jana Wilson the opportunity to furnish it with their handmade furniture crafted from salvaged wood from the ranch. The cabin is also home to handmade quilts and photography from the ranch.

The ranch is located about 30 miles west of Laramie, Wyoming at the base of the Snowy Range Mountains. We are in the midst of the beautiful Centennial Valley which is a summer and winter "playground" for many people.

The Deerwood Ranch is a Wild Horse Eco-Sanctuary.
